At Bluebella, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as hosiery and adhesive products cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the product is in its original, saleable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
